Full or Partial Coating for Smaller Items in High Volumes.

For coating of smaller items we have a dedicated Small Components Coating Section, where we have the ability to fully coat or partially coat smaller items in high volumes typically used in the shop fitting industry.

We consider this to be a speciality of Multi Quick and if you have smaller items that require coating, we would welcome your enquiry.

We run four coating lines which consist of three large box ovens and a new conveyer track system. The new powder coating line was commissioned in September 2020 and has been designed as a continual process through a pre-wash, zinc phosphate pre-treatment, drying oven, spray booth and curing oven. The result of this automation is that we have extensive capacity and are able to offer competitive turn round times and pricing. Having this range of ovens allows us to be extremely flexible in the products, sizes and quantities we can coat. ( Max length 5m )
