ISO9001:2015 Accreditation
As of January 2021, after a great team effort, we have successfully gained ISO 9001 : 2015 registration.
To enhance our process control and traceability, we have introduced a computer system which records all product being processed and provides shop floor identification that enables us to log process data such as paint thickness and inspection information.
Plant & Equipment Maintenance
Maintaining our Plant & Equipment is imperative to us delivering a consistent level of high quality powder coated components. We pride ourselves on operating a clean, safe and professional environment - this approach provides the foundation our service is built upon. Each member of production staff is fully trained to adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures covering all aspects of plant and equipment maintenance.
Contamination Prevention
Contamination at any stage of the powder coating process will inevitably result in quality issues for the final product. Any trace of dust, dirt or liquid contamination on the component, or within the powder itself will compromise the final finish on the component and cause unwanted visual defects.
We minimise the risk of contamination through the employment of a comprehensive product and process review system. Our goal is to identify contamination at the source and prevent issues before they arise.
