Thermoplastic Powder Coatings

Thermoplastic Powder Coating delivers a thicker coating compared to the more traditional Electrostatic Spraying (Thermoset). This thicker, more durable coating provides superb weather resistance and is ideal for products and components with outdoor applications.

Thermoplastic Powder Coating delivers a weather resistant, corrosion resistant finish with a distinctively unique feel. The end product is often described as 'warm to the touch'. It's flexible characteristic provides very good impact resistance and superb protection from U.V. damage.

Antibacterial Powder Coatings

We offer a range of AntiBacterial Powder Coatings, polyester powder coatings formulated to be TGIC-free, designed for interior or exterior use.

The range is specially formulated on selected resins and light-fast pigments to give excellent exterior durability and resistance to yellowing with the added benefit of an effective antibacterial agent which kills most species of bacteria, including the deadly MRSA, Salmonella, E coli and C difficile.

Architectural Powder Coatings

We offer a range of architectural powder coatings designed for both interior and exterior use. This range is specially formulated on selected polyester resins and pigments to give a tough decorative finish with excellent outdoor durability. Designed for use on architectural applications such as buildings, window frames, fascia and fencing.

Epoxy Powder Coatings

Gives hard durable protective finishes with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance. Epoxy Powder Coating has good electrostatic charging properties and excellent transfer efficiency.

Recommended uses include general industrial components and applications requiring a good all round coating, such as household goods. When long term exterior durability or heat stability is essential a powder from our range of epoxy-polyesters and polyesters should be selected.

Epoxy Polyester Powder Coatings

Based on specially selected resins to give the hard durable finish associated with epoxy coating but with superior heat stability and exterior durability.

Typical applications for epoxy polyester powder coatings are those where a tough decorative finish is desirable such as domestic appliances and office furniture. For use requiring ultimate heat stability and outside durability polyester powder should be used.

Polyester Powder Coatings

Gives excellent outside durability and resistance to yellowing. Range of Polyester Powder Coatings is formulated on selected resins and light-fast pigments to give outstanding durability and is designed to customer requirements.

Nylon Modified Powder Coatings

We offer a range of nylon modified powder coatings designed for both interior and exterior use. This range is specially formulated on selected polyester resins and pigments to give a tough decorative finish with excellent outdoor durability, with the addition of a nylon modification to increase mar, scuff and abrasion resistance.

Speciality Powder Coatings

Formulated to give a wide range of texture, structure, hammer and antique finishes. It is available in Epoxy, Epoxy-Polyester and Polyester resins.
